Grand-Duc in vinewood from Château Haut-Brion, the first Grand-Cru Classé in the Graves vineyard of Bordeaux.
This Grand-Duc was made at the request of the restaurant Le Clarence in Paris, property of the vineyard. The Grand-Duc is used for both meat and fish, thanks to its large and sharp blade. This special series is only available at the Cave du Château which stands next to the restaurant within the Dillion hotel
